PTSD and Limerence

Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) is the major reason of developing Limerence. You revise your previous traumatic relationship subconsciously, and in the fear of facing the old issues again, you develop fear and obsession, in a hope of not letting the history repeat. You fall into limerence only with the person who is : - neglecting you

- not interested in you

- you are sexually bonded

- you hope for reciprocation

Its unhealthy for you as well as for your partner to be in un-balanced relationship. Ideal way is to not be a part of relationship, wherein two people does not want and expect the same thing.

Nip the evil in bud, cut the ties off and join PTSD therapy sessions.
